Awana

“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” II Timothy 2:15

Awana is an international, Bible-centered children’s ministry and youth ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs, programs, and training. Our goal is to equip churches and parents worldwide to raise spiritual champions who know, love, and serve Christ.

The acronym Awana comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from II Timothy 2:15.

Awana is offered Wednesday nights from 6:30 until 8:00 September through May during the school year. Children ages 2 through high school meet in six club groups based on age or grade:

  • Trek: 7th – 8th grades
  • Journey: High School
